We then arrange a convenient time and date for a tour of the available properties.

We will work with you until we find you the right fit – this may take a few tours.

ATTENTION ALL BUYERS:  when booking a property viewing tour day with us, it is very important that you are available for the full 2 - 4 hours touring the homes. For us to book 6 - 8 homes to show you, we need to make appointments for 20 homes in order to confirm 6 (the others may be sold, have Accepted Offers, unavailable to show, or off the market for a variety of reasons). This process takes us approximately 8 hours, 50-60 phone calls, numerous texts and emails - just to book a 3 hour tour. It also involves other Agents` time being blocked out to accommodate us. So, please be sure you can make it or give us 48 hours cancellation notice to reschedule for another time. It`s greatly appreciated!
