Buying and Selling real estate is an extremely important investment decision. The people you choose to execute this transaction should be thoroughly researched and proven competent to successfully produce the results you deserve - the first time. Someone who is focused on achieving your real estate goal - without those costly unwanted consequences you hear about!

I don't just put your property up on the MLS and "hope for the best". Anyone can do that. I take a proactive approach in developing innovative marketing strategies to target the right buyers for your home, maximizing the sale price while minimizing inconvenience to you.

 Its also important to know what you're getting for the commission you are paying. Do they guarantee their services in writing? Will they always put your best interests ahead of their paycheque, regardless of the outcome? I do.

I utilize professionals when developing the marketing strategy for the successful sale your home - I can promise you that you won't get top dollar for your home with photographs taken with an iPhone or a cheap digital camera. That's just bad marketing.

I use professionally drafted Floor Plans, measurements and comprehensive marketing materials. Buyers need this information. Don't expect a Buyer to feel comfortable making a decision on one of the largest investments of their lives without lots of information. Would you?

Your home, and the commission you're paying to sell it for the best price, is worth at least these minimal marketing initiatives. Don't you deserve to have your property elevated above the thousands of other choices that Buyers have? And, isn't getting that extra 5% or more worth it to you? It is to me.

Call me crazy but, I believe this is the way your Real Estate transaction should be conducted - without leaving anything to chance.
